Crossover Jumps
I typically have my clients use a standard weight bench for this exercise but any study (box shape) bench or stool could work. Determine height by the jumpers ability. Start with one foot on the bench and one foot on the floor lined up heel to toe (feet should be scissor not next to each other). Push hard through the heel of the bench foot and extend knee and hip as you jump up off the bench. Land on opposite side of bench with feet in scissor.
